How Could China's Public Voice System Survived? —Its Predicament,Tendency and Outlet

As a unique system in China,the Public Voice System has played a much realistic,social and historical role in such as political participation,power supervision,right remedy. The current system in China,however,has become a double-bladed sword due to its inadequacy in legal right remedy,unreasonable evaluation index,etc.,which has deteriorated its functions,caused disorder and negatively affected the rule of law. The reform of the system should move in the right direction to revive its basic functions based on the reality of this country,the rule of law and the true effectiveness while sticking to the Five Principles of Public Voice System.
