Study on fitting welding procedure of stator pedestal for 135 MW air-cooled turbo-generator

Focusing on the problems that the structure of 135 MW air-cooled turbo-generator stator pedestal is different from others and the requirements of welding are higher than that of others,we proposed a set of reasonable welding procedure scheme and effective fitting welding means,with which all kinds of inspecting indexes of stator pedestal after welded met the requirements of the design drawings.The actual results showed that the procedure is feasible and can ensure the manufacturing quality.
