On the Functions of Network Ethics in Eliminating Negative Value of Network Public Opinion

In the field of eliminating negative value of network public opinion,legal method and ethical method complement each other.Based on the knowledge of mutual relationship between legal method and ethical method,on the basis of brief introduction of the theory of network ethics,the principles of network ethics and the norms of network ethics,this article discussed respectively the functions of the theory of network ethics,the principles of network ethics and the norms of network ethics in eliminating the negative value of network public opinion which can be regarded as guidance opinions for applying ethical method to eliminate negative value of network public opinion.
