A New Video Coding Standard-H.26L
Yun Zhang · 2002
H.26L is a new video coding standard being established by ITUT. An enhanced coding algorithm based on H.263 significantly improves the coding efficiency. In this paper we introduce the enhanced functionality and application areas of H.26L. Then comparing with H.263, we analyze its more efficient algorithm. Finally we discuss its application in mobile communication.
