A fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making approach to evaluation of filling quality of injury surveillance card

Objective In order to estimate scientifically the working achievement of filling personnel of injury surveillance card in hospital, and to improve filling quality of injury surveillance card in hospital. Methods Through the questionnaire investigation between implementers and supervisors of injury surveillance, utilizing modern fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making theory, a ranking was given on scheme sets in the frame of fuzzy linguistic value scale based on LWA and HLWA operotors. Results A scientific assessment was given to filling quality of personnel for injury surveillance card. Conclusions Team status of filling personnel could be all-around held by implementers and supervisors of injury surveillance through this quality evaluation method, Theory basis was provided for improving filling quality of injury surveillance card and optimizing the team structure of filling personnel.
