Driving transmission instrument of oral appliance to control mandible to move and orientation by us- ing computer and the microcontroller.The orientation system and analysis system by using polesomnography are working at Windows operation system of the microcomputer at the same time.The sufferer is sleeping in one room and the effect of curing can be seen in the other room.The advantage of the oral appliance is light and small.It can produce greater power and is easy to fix.
