Based on research and application of urban earthquakedisaster evaluationand its information management system in recent years,a general program of the urban earthquake disaster evaluation system is developed accordingto the national code and aiming at the lackof the generalprogram. The structure and functions of the general program areintroduced. Moreover, the interface design and integration of modules,and the construction of system database are describedin detail.
