Analysis of Interrogation Tactics under Audio and Video Recording

The Amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law provides that the process of the interrogation should be recorded and videotaped while an investigative organization handling the case which could be?sentenced to life imprisonment or death penalty.Investigators must accept the possible challenge to interrogate by recording,and draft a reasonable interrogation tactic.We both pay great attention to unique advantages of recording interrogation,and to avoid the illegal means of evidence collection expressly prohibited by law.
