Taking example for digital attenuator,this article introduce how to write a C++Builder program to control network analyzer by GPIB interface for auto-measurement of digital microwave modules.The software sends controlling codes to controlled PCB by RS232,then receives the measured data from GPIB.The data is programmed on-line after the data processed by Matlab.By this way,it realized the auto data storage and auto measurement of digital modules.This method is important to the most projects.
