On the Basic Quality and Training of File Clerks

File clerks are the main body of the file management. The quality of file clerks determines the quality of the file management directly and plays a decisive role in the development of the file undertakings. Therefore it is a very important guarantee of doing the file management well to build up a team of file clerks who are loyal to their cause, relatively steady, and rational in structure, and possess fine professional ability. The article discusses the existing problems in the team of file clerks currently, the basic quality requirements of file clerks in the new period and the methods of enhancing their quality.
