Signcryption System based on PKI

Digital Signature is one of the critical security mechanisms in information construction,while data and digital scheme the key to protecting the reliability and authenticity of data communications.Signcryption,as a new paradigm in public key cryptography,could simultaneously implement both the functions of digital and public key in a reasonable logical step,and with a cost significantly lower than that required by the traditional signature followed by encryption approach.Signcryption System based on PKI could fairly provide confidentiality,integrity,authentication and non-repudiation while improving efficiency and lowering cost,and being easy in implementation.
