High order approximation of 3D one way wave equation

This paper performs one-way wave decomposition for 3D wave equation, and 2 kinds of high approximation of up-going wave equation in low order differential equation system are derived. The 2 kinds of equation are used to realize any order approximation of one-way wave equation, and they have the advantage of easier calculation and less calculation amount.
