Designing and implementing algorithms of OLAP-based data mining engine

OLAP-based data mining is a new direction of DM. Considering unionizing OLAP technology with DM technology to do data mining at different levels of database or data warehouse, a framework of OLAP-based data mining system is designed. By studying the methods of data mining and OLAP operation, and the creation and materialization of data cube and by improving traditional DM algorithms, the algorithms of OLAP mining engine is put forward and implemented.
