After the comparison many kinds of MPEG-4 video frequency coding system in current,This paper proposed the video frequency coding system design based on the DSP,which introduced this system composition structure in details,and the function which realized to various modules has been divided. In the paper mainly stresses to introducing this system the hardware realization plan,including the system power source module,the clock module and the reset module and so on. In addition,union concrete project ex perience,this paper emphasized this PCB design skill such as system layout,wiring characteristic.
