Modular Design on Explosion-proof Combination Switch of Modern Mines

Explosion-proof combination switch is widely used in underground coal mines.This paper talks about that the combination of intelligent multi-modular based on the original switch can put the short-circuit of the switch,overload,phase,leakage lockout protection,over voltage,under voltage protection,communication and other functions together.It can control a variety of electrical equipment underground through the PLC pre-set programs.with the combination of intelligent multi-modular,the production of strong function,light weight and high safety will be accomplished and effectively prevent the accidents.Thus it greatly improved the reliability and security.
