Design of a Novel CMOS Band-gap Voltage Reference with High Precision

A low-voltage low-power consumption reference source with standard CMOS technology is studied,whose operating voltage is 5~10V.The dynamic current feedback compensation is performed with equivalent resistance characteristic of saturated MOS for the PTAT current,and a band-gap reference circuit with output voltage of 1.3V is designed.The output reference voltage temperature coefficient of 7.427 in-25~ 120 ℃,a PSRR up to 88dB at 27 ℃,the occupied chip area is 0.022.It is fit for the field of low dropout regulator and so on.
