Design of a high frequency and low phase noise frequency synthesizer

A high stability frequency synthesizer will apply to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) landing system; a frequency synthe-sizer which based on the integrate phase locked loop PE3240 and had the performance of high frequency and low phase noise was designed in this paper, and the factors that affect the phase noise were analyzed; this design had reach the expected demand showed in the circuit debugging results.
