Multi-Objective Optimization of Mountain Highway Route Design

With complex terrain and geology conditions,the mountain highway route design are restricted by many factors.Therefore,safety,cost,environmental protection,comfort,and other targets must be considered during route selection.Considering the conflict between objectives,this paper proposes a multio-bjective genetic algorithm to optimizing mountain highway route.Using this algorithm,it can take into ac.count the objectives such as safety,economy,comfort and environmental protection,and deduce a sequence of optimal solutions for decision-making.
