A Probe into the Connotation of Collaborative Works

The collaborative works hasn' t been defined by the copyright legislation of China and there aren' t direct lear regulations on it, which leads to divergent views on the definition of the collaborative works between the theory and the practice. This article maintains that we should adhere to the system innovation and states the collaborative work as this: several authors put in a lot of hard original creative work, in addition to their original purpose of creation and their reasonable expectancy, which all have pointed to this complete collaborative works that come up with the ultimate form.
