This paper simply introduces the system analysis and design of MIS of Yunnan Lancang River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd(YLC). It analyses the application of the information engineering methodologies in the project. The related step, goal and tools are introduced in the paper too. It will be helpful to system analysis and design of normal MIS.
