The Border Control Intelligence Agents' Negative Psychology in Interviewing and The ways of Adjustment

The border control intelligence agents conduct the intelligence interviewing operation mainly in the border area where the nature and social environment is complex.They have to deal with different people from every walk of life and that is a real hard task.Being influenced by the environment and the interviewee's psychological reaction,plus with the deficiencies in theory,ability and psychology,the agents are likely to have negative psychology when they are conducting the interviewing operation.This paper analyze the types and cause of the agents' negative psychology,and give some practical suggestions how adjust it.
