A flood control and air defence combined alert system is adopted in the urban flood control and alert system of Ankang.With the GSM short message releasing system and videoconference system,flood control information is transferred and flood alert is released effectively in time in the city zone.Safe and reliable network security products guarantee the reliability of the flood control and alert system.In the flood control and alert decision-making support system,the intermediate ware technology is used to build a supporting system based on the information exchange platform,workflow platform,resource management platform and strategy maintenance platform.A mechanism of cooperative work and decision-making workflow management is set up to process flood control information,formulate decisions and assist with cooperative conferences effectively.
