Water Conservancy Projects Bidding Decision Model and Its Appliction Based on BP Neural Network

Commonly used bidding decision models can not effectively solve the complex nonlinear relationship between the influencing factors,influencing factors and decision-making results.Based on contract's general conditions of water conservancy and hydropower engineering standard construction tender documents(2009),according to China's current competition situation of water conservancy project construction market,this paper establishes water conservancy projects bidding decision-making model based BP neural network and it has been applied to engineering examples.The results show that the model is practical and feasible,and it can be appled to the contractor's bidding decision.
