Objective:To set up Logistic random mathematical model. Methods: Using the theory of probability. Results: Let time be t, Let the number of bacteriums in some group of bacterium be ξt,M=E(ξt), V=D(ξt), then =K1M-K2(M2+V) .Conclusion: Logistic random model is more approach objective reality.
