A New Design Mode for High- Reliability TCP

Based on the character of TCP, The article enhances a three- layer net application, which includes the Logical Link Control and Session Layer, to raise the reliability of communication. The new design mode of TCP can eliminate the phenomena of the packet lost and out- of- order by using the methods of Secure Management provided by us and the technology of Sliding Window modified by us. The design mode of TCP, as a mature communication protocol, has been successfully adopted in the SMS value- added platform made by the company of MeToYou Beijing.
