Information Management System based on the WEB, the safe strategy demand in its procedure design process must consider various situations for beginning. The first is in the page procedure design, the second is role legal power grade strategy, the third is when accessing a database in program design procedure. The quality of the safe strategy usage determines the MIS safe function.
