Thinking on the development plan of access network in the rural areas

This paper analyzes the defects of the current access network in the rural areas-the unreasonable network structure,the monotonous accessing mode,the weak disaster tolerance and counter-disaster abilities and the inflexible business development.Combined with the future service development,it puts forward the development plan of access network in the rural areas over the next several years-the evolution of relay level to mesh network,access level to loop network,the replacement of copper cables with optical fiber cables and the combination of wired and wireless networks.
