Discussion and Implementation of Nonconformance in Software Quality Assurance

In the process of SQA,there are three main actions:audit,evaluation and nonconformance-transacting.Dealing with the NC problems is the core of SQA.This paper makes certain the process of nonconformance-transacting.Based on the system analysis of the process,the nonconformance part of a software quality audit system is designed using Struts as the presentation layer framework and Hibernate as the data layer framework under J2EE B/S architecture.Then this paper implements the system with XML and JavaMail technology.Besides good practicability and high efficiency,this system is provided with the advantages of definite responsibility and rapid feedback.It is also characterized by its good expansibility and maintainability.
