Object-Oriented Plan View Display

This paper gives a detailed discussion of the analysis, design and implementation of the Plan View Display（PVD）subsystem in DIS based on the combination of the object-oriented technology and the modular design method. The constructed PVD subsystem has successfully been re-used and incorporated into several DIS systems. In fact, it can also easily find its applications in HLA systems with small modifications.
