The foundation of architecture is an important element of C3I system engineering,the mechanism ensuring the developing C3I system,which will meet military requirement.The process of architecture's evolutive development for C3I system is put forward,which is an iterative and improving process of architecture's development,including the four main task regions:requirements gathering,architecture's design,executable model's construction and architecture's evaluation.The main activities in each task region are determined and talked about.
