The Neural Network Method for Circuit Fault Diagnosis

The advantage of NN fault diagnosis methods lie in Neural Network(NN)’s fault-toleration ability、classification ability,and the high calculating speed.The basic methods and steps for digital and analogue circuit fault diagnosis using NN are discussed with two examples. This paper emphases on the difficulty in practical application,e.g. the selection of fault features、the construction of NN and the method for multi-fault.And then the concrete solutions and the theoretic innovations are proposed.
