Analysis of canteen congestion factors based on class fuzzy interpretation structure model

The university canteens,as well as high school cafeteria,because of its capacity limits,poor management and a large number of students,the concentration of work and rest time and other factors,the canteen has severe queuing congestion.This paper uses fuzzy interpretation structure model and its improvement on the basis of the canteen,analyses the impact factors of congestion,finds out the main reasons of congestion,and puts forward feasible schemes.
