USB stands for universal serial bus.It is a communication protocol which support the serial data transmission between PC and USB devices.This paper discusses the initialization of USB as follows the access testing of USB devices,steps of bus enumeration,configuration of USB devices,introduction of descriptors and realization of descriptors by program.
