A model for forecasting real estate scles based on fuzzy mathematics theory and its application

This paper first analyzes the disadvantages of traditional methods for forecasting real estate sales.To improve these methods,the authors introduce a new model for forecasting real estate sales based on fuzzy mathematics theory.And then we apply the model to the practicing work of forecasting real estate sales.It is proved that the new model is good working.
