The Diagnosis of Full-field Digital Mammography to Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma

Objective To discuss the features of digital radiography in infiltrating ductal carcinoma and to raise the diagnostic levei. Methods Fifty-eight patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively of full-field digital mammography. Results In 58casesX-ray signs:lumps-32cases, malignant calcification-16cases, 10 cases have malignant calcification in the lumps,local dissymmetrical infiltration-8cases,layer of fat became fuzzy-6cases, the chang 0f nipple and skin-5cases,blood circulation increased-4cases, lymph nodes enlarged-4cases,no sign-2cases. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography have a great help in diagnosis of Infiltrating ductal carcinoma.
