XML is an extensible markup language that tags data and defines data type.XML is a platform-independent technology,particularly suitable for data communication between distributed diversity environment components.So XML interface technology is used to create a wireless resource component database.In order to efficiently utilize these accessed resources,a relational database management system and its scheduling technique are presented.
