Set up secure digital library by using IPSec/SSL VPN

For making digital library on the campus can be accessed by teachers or students out of campus,this paper presents the VPN(Virtual Private Network) and its two remote accessess ——IPSec and SSL.Then the theory of IPSec and SSL and its advantages or disadvantages are analysed.Lastly,the paper introduces how the teachers and students can access the digital library by using IPSec/SSL technology by the internet and can ersure the security of digital library.
