Implementation of Access Control System Based on Partition Rule

Today,the research of access control focuses mainly on Role Based Access Control or application model of PRBAC while a few implementations of PRBAC are limited to PKI authorization. This paper describes a new access control system,which supports multiple authorizations and multiple application,based on the theory of PRBAC. Users can use this system to develop and manage not only normal access control system but access control system of the key operation of enterprise.
