The Annular Compling Capacitor Design of the Partial Discharge Mmonitoring System of the Stator Winding of the Large Turbine Generator

The annular coupling capacitor is a sensor that picks up partial discharge signals and working frequency signal,whose design is reasonable or not to directly determine the quality of collecting the partial discharge signals and working frequency signals.By known data,and ignoring the thickness of the annular capacitor plate and the closed shell of the bus bar,we calculated the capacitance of the capacitor plates.Then we obtain the ratio of the coupling capacitor output voltage and the input voltage by the equivalent circuit of the coupling capacitor,which helps us to create a ratio table of the coupling capacitor output voltage and the input voltage.In the end,though analyzing the data in the table,we find whether the annular coupling capacitor can get rid of the most of the noise to achieve our design requirements.
