Basic Model and Its Dynamic Characteristic of Maintenance Support System in Information Age

In information age,the maintenance support system is a networked system,which is constructed with numbers of distributed maintenance support nodes.The numbers of nodes and their relations determine the performance of maintenance support system.So maintenance support system has the typical network effect,which is a dynamic characteristic.To measure the network effect,the basic model is introduced with the elements of maintenance support system,and the minimal network representations of maintenance support systems associated with existing maintenance polices are built.The computation expression of network effect is defined,and the structure effect and evolution effect of maintenance support system are studied from the links addition and nodes addition respectively.The calculation shows that,this method can measure and compare the performance of different maintenance support well,and it can be used to steer the layout of maintenance support informatization,and to study the operation rules of maintenance support system in information age.
