Analysis and reformation of C_3 hydrogenation system in ethylene plant

The C 3 hydrogenation system in 160 kt/a ethylene plant was reformed in accordance with the problems of low catalyst activety and short service life.By optimizing the hydrogenation conditions,prolongating the regeneration period of hydrogenation reactor and decreasing the contents of propyne and propadiene after C 3 hydrogenation,the propane became a qualified crackate.
