Constructing Enterprises' Information Ability Based on the Perspective of Knowledge

The paper analyses both the conception and the construction factors of enterprises' information ability from the perspective of knowledge, puts forth the construction strategy of enterprises' information ability which contains five factors including information strategy , information process , information talents, information technology and information architecture.
