Sketchy Graphic Recognition Based on User Modeling

On-line sketchy graphic recognition includes pretreatment,feature extraction,graphic regularization,and user modeling. User modeling is the core and key procedure of sketchy graphic recognition. In this paper,an user modeling method for on-line sketchy graphic recognition is proposed; dynamic user modeling is applied to realize recognition of sketches and complex graphics. With this method,incremental decision tree is used to collect and record the sketching strokes and temporal orders of the sketches,in order to realize user modeling and on-line recognition of complex sketchy graphics. Experiments show that the proposed method makes effective searching and good user adaptation.
