Researches on the Equation Condition of Sylvester and Frobenius's Inequality

In this paper,the conditions,which are limited at the matrix polynomial,for the equations of Sylvester and Frobenius inequalities of matrix's rank are discussed furthermore by the the rank identity of matrix polynomial obtained recently.Meanwhile,a uniform method for the proof of the corresponding results recently is given.
