ON THE CRIMINAL LAW OF COMPUTER CRIME

The development and application of computer technique tremendously promote the growths of the scientific research,industrial production and even the whole society.But in the meantime they cause a lot of social problems,including computer crimes.The article studies the situation,legislation,definition,classification,component part and penalty of the computer crimes,and gives some suggestions to improve Chinese Criminal Law in modern society.
