Research on the Specification of College Students' Improper Behaviors on the Internet

College students' improper behaviors on the internet means college students violate the laws,regulations and social morality,and make some act that endangers society in their network communication or network use process.It mainly express four categories,such as emotional anomie behavior,immoralitial behavior,value anomie behavior and legal anomie behavior.Causes of students' improper behaviors include external and internal incentives.External incentives include ineffective supervision of government departments,social network media default,ideological and political education lag,and reduction of the impact of domestic regulatory.Internal incentive is mainly the defect of students themselves accompanied by their growth.To specify students' improper behaviors,government regulation should be strengthened to promote the health and safety of the network culture development;the supervision of the social forces should be strengthened to form a network of regulatory efforts;the ideological and political education should be strengthened to give the college guide functions full play;college students should strengthen their network self-discipline,and plan a reasonable career.
