Study on Hailstorm Radar Warning Indexes and Operation Methods in Gansu

The forecasting equation is set up in this paper by statistical analyzing 711 numerical radar data and optimizing radar warning hailstorm indexes, which can be used to enhancing the capacityof recognizinghailstorm. The cannon elevation, azimuth angleand the bomb amountare also given, which is convenient to real-time radar hail suppressionoperation directing.
