This paper mainly research on the rinciples and applications of streaming based on IPv6 multicast technology. Combining the command and control system for streaming video and other high-quality low-latency requirements,analysis and describes QoS and principles of Flow Label application and characteristics in IPv6 Multicast Technology to provide reference for streaming applications and research.
