Grass-roots information in colleges and universities is of great significance in sizing up the situation,considering overall work,making decisions in a scientific way,and guiding work by the Party and administration leaders.And doing a good job of the collection,arrangement and transmission of information will help the grass-roots units of colleges and universities to carry out their work.The basic types of grass-roots information in colleges and universities include:work developments,work ideas and work objectives;the exemplary deeds of the teaching and administrative staff;the university's decisions and steps,and teachers and students' thought trends;work experience and understanding;and unexpected accidents,and public feelings and opinions.The university's grass-roots leaders can play a key role in the processing of information and the innovation of information content.
