Thoughts on the construction of the informationization of transportation charging in Heilongjiang Province

Based on the of the Construction of Informationization of Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Transportation Charging Auditing during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period,we analyze the status quo and existing problems in the construction of the informationization of transportation charging in Heilongjiang Province,pointing out the prerequisite of perfecting and implementing the plan-with the viewpoint of scientific development to arrange the whole situation and deeply investigate to make scientific decisions.Faced with the systematic project of the construction of informationization we must emphasize leadership and implementation,strengthen the study of the policies of information industry,provide policy and legal guarantee,and innovate and speed up the construction of the information platform of transportation charging according to the requirement of three-services.
